I've seen several lists with many in common. Thought I'd try my own list of the best looking college football helmets (and the uniforms that go with them). Most have met the test of time. In no particular order my top ten are:
1. Air Force
2. Iowa State
3. Texas
4. Nebraska
5. Penn State
6. Michigan
7. Ohio State
8. Alabama
9. Army
10. Notre Dame (and Navy but like the gray facemask better than the black)
Also Colorado State, Wyoming, Kansas, Arkansas, Virginia
