I learned about Mr. Borg and his underwear while watching a favorite travel show. Samantha Brown and her Passport to Europe show was in Sweden.
This is a great show full of classic hotels, restaurants, museums, theaters, stores, etc.
I had a great time in Sweden with a good friend back in 1985 after graduating from the Air Force Academy. Upon arrival we immediately went looking for lingonberry pancakes. On the 24 hour! train ride back to Frankfurt, Germany we ran out of money and had to split a Toblerone candy bar and a beer for our last meal. The rest of the ride was spent waxing nostalgic about our mother's Thanksgiving dinners.
